Samsung To Launch Galaxy S10; Codenamed ‘Beyond’
According to the rumours coming from South Korea, Samsung could advance the presentation of the Galaxy S10 to the month of January and would announce its folding mobile at MWC 2019.This is stated by the sources of The Bell, who point out that with this movement the company intends, on the one hand, to anticipate the competition, and on the other to prevent its flagship products from dismantling each other.
Therefore, the calendar of presentations of new smartphones of Samsung for next year would be as follows: the launch of the Galaxy S10 would occur at CES 2019 in Las Vegas, which is celebrated between 8 and 11 January, while the announcement of the folding phone, popularly known as Galaxy X, would take place at the MWC in Barcelona from February 25 to 28.
As for the Galaxy X, Samsung’s folding mobile phone, the latest rumours indicated that the final design could be ready for next June. In its new report, The Bell reveals that the code name of this device is “Winner”, which replaces Valley, which was the name that the project received internally when it was launched there in 2015. Industry sources indicate that parts for the terminal would start arriving in November.
At the moment there is nothing firm and the South Korean giant Samsung has not made any confirmation, so we will have to wait to know if the date of presentation of the Galaxy S10 is going to advance and if finally, the folding mobile will be a reality at the beginning of next year.
